Design and Engineering Process
Following consultation and risk assessment, we develop detailed design specifications that balance compliance, aesthetics, and functionality. Our designs can range from a simple product mark-up to fully detailed building appendage designs covering engineering, modelling and full BIM integration. Our process includes:
- Taking building appendages through concept, engineering, Modelling, BIM integration, etc. Our design service is used to provide solutions for consent lodgements or to take architectural concepts through to completed designs for construction.
- Careful height safety product selection based on your design brief and likely work methods at height
- Detailed marked plans ensuring compliant safety without compromising the asset through excessive penetrations or visually unappealing equipment
- Premium products from around the globe for superior safety performance and design aesthetic
- CAD fixing detail drawings and comprehensively marked roof plans/systems layouts
- Comprehensive proposals including Service Level Agreements (SLA) and required PPE
- Structural review to verify suitability of proposed equipment
